I found this book informative and somewhat helpful for my chronic neck and shoulder issues There are certainlyscientific books out there on yoga and pain, but this one is probablyaccessible to those without a scientific background.
I found the sample routine helpful, though I would have liked a littlehand holding on how to pare it down to a lengthreadily incorporated into everyday living Overall though, I m glad I ve read it and I may decide in the future to add it to my own library of yoga titles At the moment I m fine with the notes I took while reading it.
